Zero tolerance
- We operate a zero tolerance policy across our company. A zero tolerance policy acknowledges that aggressive, abusive and threatening behaviour is not inline with the professional standards as laid out by the General Medical Council (GMC) and international equivalents. Aggressive, abusive and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
- This zero tolerance policy covers foul, abusive or threatening language sent by email. We will not respond to any such communication, regardless of the underlying content, and the author will be warned that should their behaviour be repeated, we will terminate their membership, without entitlement to any form of refund or compensation.
